The Kids United is a melodic/pop punk band from Akron, Ohio.

We've done a lot of stuff this year that we are proud of. We released an EP, are on the verge of releasing a tape through No Action Records, recorded the song "Once In A Row" by The Movielife for an upcoming tribute album coming out on Little Heart Records, played shows with a ton of amazing bands, met a ton of amazing people, ate a ton of Taco Bell, and had a ton of fun. We look forward to recording and releasing a new album, playing more shows, and touring in 2010.

First Post!

We decided to create a blog online seperate from our Myspace page in order to allow us to express our views and opinions, as well as news, in a less formal manner. One may argue the formality of myspace, but as we see it, Myspace is currently our official “website” until we can design and code something better, as well as afford hosting. We feel as though Myspace is a portal to our music and news and we would not want to bog that down with something as subjective as our opinions, so we are going to share them here.
